This is one of the nicer hotels in the area, but still a great price. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated, large and quiet. Aya Boutique Hotel features a covered/indoor pool and a fitness center. The location is also excellent, with the beach a mere 30 second walk away, and 5 minutes walk to Walking Street. “We are probably the most guest-friendly hotel in Pattaya. There is never a charge for your overnight guest(s) and we have a private entrance, accessed by your room key card, that allows you to go directly to the elevator without going through the bar or reception areas. If you wish, for security purposes, you can have your guest leave their ID card at reception. When they leave, the receptionist will call your room telephone to make sure it is OK to return their ID. All of our rooms have a personal safe to keep your valuables, just be sure to hide your code from your guest when locking it.”
The location of joiner friendly Mike Hotel is of course excellent- a short walk (170 meters) to the beach and the Walking Street at night. The rooms are fine- clean with wooden floors and furnishing, nothing too flash but widely considered great value for the price. The is also a decent sized rooftop pool where you can enjoy views of the beach, as well as a billiards room. There is also a small gym.

Cheap hotel with basic but large and clean rooms. Classic old-style hotel with an enormous lobby and very comfortable rooms. Smoking is allowed only in the designated smoking areas provided by inn. No pool on site but guests can use 2 pools across the street at affiliated hotel. Close to the beach and in a quiet area despite being close to nightlife area.

Situated right on the beach on Beach Road, the location of Eastiny Inn is fantastic! The rooms are basic and the rates are cheap. The central location near nightlife means that it is not a quiet area. This hotel has a pool. Not much else to say- basic accommodation for a cheap price. Don’t expect any extras.
